Animation films for children and teenagers
The PINK PANDA selection comprises short animated films for children of four age groups (4+, 6+, 10+, 14+). Screenings will take from 30 minutes for the youngest up to one hour for the older viewers. The winner will be chosen by the audience.
Student animated short films in competition
Short films directed by young filmmakers will be presented in the NEW TALENTS competition in two screening sessions. The winner will be awarded by the jury.
Regional competition of animated short films
Two sessions of short films from the previous year directed by Berlin-based filmmakers will be screened in the BERLINS BEST competition. The winner will be chosen by the audience.
GERMAN Animation film

The GERMAN ANIMATION FILM competition comprises two screening sessions of the latest German animation films. The winner will be chosen by the jury.
International Animation film
International competition of animated short films
We will showcase outstanding short animated films from around the world in this INTERNATIONAL ANIMATION FILM competition. The jury will decide the upon the winner.
In this 360° COMPETITION, the newest animated 360° films will be presented in the dome of the Zeiss planetarium. An award will be bestowed upon the winning film by the audience.
Feature film competition
The selection of the FEATURE FILM COMPETITION includes three recent feature films for children and adults. The winner will be chosen by the audience.
