Trapped in Damascus, surrounded by war, a lonely man becomes increasingly lost in his fantasies of fleeing and the inner dialogues with his dog.
„PANDORA“ interprets the corresponding myth as a process of consciousness and tells the story of a manipulated character who frees herself from her predestination.
“Jeijay” begins where most romantic movies end. The film is about two people who try to repress the slow but inevitable decay of their relationship. Feeling isolated in their own little home, more and more of the happy facade of their love life comes crumbling down. The profound melancholia of the subject is captured in little everyday moments that are intertwined with dreamlike sequences.

“Shift Simmers Slips” is massively inspired by and freely adapted from Luigi Serafini’s “Codex Seraphinianus”, an illustrated encyclopedia created between 1976 and 1978.
A group of naked people sits in a sauna and sweats. The sauna masters ensure peace and order. But when the violations of the rules by the participants escalate, the sauna masters take drastic measures, which in the end not only endanger the sauna guests, but ultimately also the sauna masters themselves.
Several years ago I immigrated to Germany. Here, I live in a small old house, which urgently needs a modernization and that, theoretically, protects me from wind, rain and cold.

In this love letter to artists, their art and its audience, one filmmaker is confronted with rejection after rejection until at last a beautiful fig tree bears sweet fruits. “Conversations with a Whale” was created directly under the camera lens, using various analogue animation techniques.
