You enjoy organization and are communicative. You keep a cool head even in stressful situations. You work independently and in a structured manner like to work in a team.
An on-site presence in Berlin would be helpful, but is not mandatory apart from the festival period (28.9. - 2.10.23, Thursday - Monday).You are available from March to October for an average of 2 hours per week, as well as full time during the festival.
We offer you an insight behind the scenes of a young, growing animation film festival in Berlin, where you will be actively involved in the coordination of the film programmes. As a programme coordinator you are part of an international and creative team with flat hierarchies. Your working hours are flexible, an on-site presence in Berlin is not necessary (only during the festival from 9/28 - 10/2/23).
We are still growing as a festival and are positioned accordingly, but we can offer a small fee.
